Roberto Eztebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timoteo Columbo in the 5th minute of the match. The Academia 1903 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. A sloppy throw-in by Mario Sesuldo in the 12th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Academia 1903's Aldo Maju. 14 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goal looked a bit too open when Timoteo Columbo came free, but Roberto Eztebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aureliano Karlo in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Primo Speranza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Academia 1903's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Aureliano Karlo scored to the left of an out of position Primo Speranza, making the score, 1-1. 26 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goal looked a bit too open when Lucien de Neutere came free, but Roberto Eztebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute of the game Mario Sesuldo made a throw-in which Romulo Abilio played forward. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romulo Abilio got free with Primo Speranza in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, AFC FUSION's Romulo Abilio got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute, AFC FUSION's Aureliano Karlo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Primo Speranza. Primo Speranza yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aureliano Karlo made a kick off. In the 51st minute Wojciech Fiszer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primo Speranza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
