In the 6th minute Timoteo Columbo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Lohitzun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute, Timoteo Columbo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Academia 1903 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, Academia 1903's Timoteo Columbo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pablo Lohitzun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Silvestre Moise made a great header on Asesinos Por Naturaleza's corner, it was just that Academia 1903's Primo Speranza managed to reach the ball for a save. Timoteo Columbo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pablo Lohitzun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Pablo Lohitzun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timoteo Columbo in the 41st minute of play. Primo Speranza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rui Furtado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Luisito Bikendi to fire away a dangerous shot which Primo Speranza despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Pablo Lohitzun didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Academia 1903's Leon Matthäus shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-6 in the ordered_time% minute. Pablo Lohitzun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leon Matthäus's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Ferdinand Redondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 90 minutes into the match, Academia 1903's Leon Matthäus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pablo Lohitzun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pablo Lohitzun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Matthäus in the 96th minute of play. The Asesinos Por Naturaleza supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Academia 1903's performance. The match ended with a win for Academia 1903.
