Crusaders of Dark's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marian Minkovski ran over to the corner to take the kick. Einar Hjortberg tried in the 5th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Totyo Popisakov a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-0. After a rather tough play, FC BerserkerS's Neycho Bidzhev got a free kick in the 7th minute. After 8 played minutes, Crusaders of Dark's Dochko Razpopov shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Remigio Orlondo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Crusaders of Dark reached it. After having played for 10 minutes, Dimitar Berbatov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Crusaders of Dark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dimitar Berbatov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A throw-in in the 12th minute of the game was made by Lozan Tzirkov with Renaud Specht as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 14 minutes in the game Einar Hjortberg did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Dimitar Berbatov. After having played for 19 minutes, Renaud Specht managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC BerserkerS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Renaud Specht was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC BerserkerS's Renaud Specht got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Crusaders of Dark's Totyo Popisakov got control of the ball when Renaud Specht tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 27th minute of the match Crusaders of Dark got a corner. FC BerserkerS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dochko Razpopov ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Crusaders of Dark's Dochko Razpopov to fire away a dangerous shot which Remigio Orlondo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Renaud Specht recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Crusaders of Dark's goal looked a bit too open when Renaud Specht came free, but Totyo Popisakov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FC BerserkerS getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Neycho Bidzhev hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dimitar Berbatov was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Vallo Lööper hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th minute Renaud Specht shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Totyo Popisakov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to FC BerserkerS getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Rashko Bosolov hit a great ball. After 59 minutes FC BerserkerS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dochko Razpopov who took care of the corner kick. The throw-in from Rashko Bosolov in the 64th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Crusaders of Dark's Ildefonso Orlondo. Volodya Zdravchev was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 66 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the game, one of FC BerserkerS:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Remigio Orlondo had in the 68thth minute some difficulties stopping Dochko Razpopov's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Remigio Orlondo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eligio Rojas in the 71st minute of play. Remigio Orlondo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitar Berbatov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Einar Hjortberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Crusaders of Dark's zone, Renaud Specht stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Totyo Popisakov came out of the goal and Renaud Specht tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Crusaders of Dark:s Totyo Popisakov showed great skill when he stopped Renaud Specht:s penalty. Totyo Popisakov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renaud Specht, who was totally free with the ball in the 100th minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
