In the 22nd minute, Adelio Masoli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute Marco Mistral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaspar Ripamonti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute of the match PROTON F.C. got a corner. Obi Wan Cannabis's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marco Mistral ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Aníbal Veliz got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-2. 26 minutes into the match. Enric Blanch blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gaspar Ripamonti having to make a save. Through an outstanding action, after 43 minutes, Taka Levidze successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Obi Wan Cannabis's zone, Marco Mistral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaspar Ripamonti came out of the goal and Marco Mistral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half PROTON F.C. were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd minute, Marco Mistral fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Gaspar Ripamonti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Mistral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th match minute, Obi Wan Cannabis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduard Portolés to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute, Marco Mistral fired a really elegant long shot, but Gaspar Ripamonti threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. PROTON F.C.'s Taka Levidze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodor Buitrago in the 62nd minute of play. PROTON F.C.'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 68 played minutes Obi Wan Cannabis got a freekick which was hit by Bo Hellström. PROTON F.C.'s Taka Levidze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Diaz Montero in the 75th minute of play. When Enric Blanch came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the PROTON F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enric Blanch couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quentín Dittmann in the 78th minute of play forced PROTON F.C.'s goalkeeper Taka Levidze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aníbal Veliz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspar Ripamonti having to interfere. Taka Levidze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quentín Dittmann in the 81st minute of play. Taka Levidze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bo Hellström in the 82nd minute of play. After 85 played minutes Obi Wan Cannabis got a freekick which was hit by Eduard Portolés. Taka Levidze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quentín Dittmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. The throw-in from Simon Jerico in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by PROTON F.C.'s Bautista Cross. Luis Alberto Dagnino kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
