A collision led to KPO BIZARRO getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Leif Levander hit a great ball. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Racing Club's goalkeeper Francisco Raymond, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. KPO BIZARRO's Nigel Cold managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ivan Flor in the 17 minute of the game. In the 19th minute Sven-Edvin Dalgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Candido Mercurio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Korkut Urza scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Francisco Raymond, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Francisco Raymond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leif Levander in the 23rd minute of the match. When KPO BIZARRO's Korkut Urza in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Korkut Urza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Korkut Urza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KPO BIZARRO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Korkut Urza in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Francisco Raymond saved Racing Club from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Edvin Dalgren in the 59th minute of play forced KPO BIZARRO's goalkeeper Candido Mercurio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KPO BIZARRO's Enrique Mariano Kiradzhiyski was substituted for Leif Levander. Candido Mercurio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Edvin Dalgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Mariano Kiradzhiyski came free, but Francisco Raymond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Grzegorz Krychowiak threw the ball into play from the sideline. KPO BIZARRO's Alessandro Costacurta quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion.
