In the 12th minute of the match La Acade got a corner. Pancha Futbol Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Teófilo Amaro ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fan Qi Bin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas Aritza having to interfere. 16 minutes into the game, one of La Acade:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Alfredo Clodio shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. When Leonard Lamczyk came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the La Acade fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonard Lamczyk couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Pancha Futbol Club booed when La Acade was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stelian Avram didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Pancha Futbol Club's Gilbert Cieliczka got control of the ball when Alejandro Vistruario tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Pancha Futbol Club players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
