Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eustacio Rosario in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elpidio Beat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, 25 de Abril Futbol Club's Severiano Oliviero got a free kick in the 34th minute. Elpidio Beat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernan Beltza, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Hernan Beltza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Elpidio Beat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Thanks to some nice moves Lino Rios could shoot a difficult shot in the 88th minute, which Elpidio Beat however easily saved by the left post. Slawomir Turak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jozef Volders having to interfere. Luisito Misael hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Racinguista F.C were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
