Anthony Sacchi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chi-Chi Branca, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 9th minute Ettore Varglien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrea Cellucci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esteve Lia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anthony Sacchi having to make a save. A collision led to PICCOLE PESTI getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Ettore Varglien hit a great ball. Chi-Chi Branca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Anthony Sacchi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chi-Chi Branca in the 16th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the game, Chi-Chi Branca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Anthony Sacchi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Andrea Cellucci made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Armando Corna sent off a good shot on target. Armando Corna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chi-Chi Branca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anthony Sacchi having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Chi-Chi Branca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anthony Sacchi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. PICCOLE PESTI's attentive Guaberto Ongile managed to snatch the ball when Dario Cordarell made a throw-in in the 31st minute of the game. In the 33rdth minute of the game Chi-Chi Branca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PICCOLE PESTI's Anthony Sacchi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chi-Chi Branca in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anthony Sacchi saved PICCOLE PESTI from getting behind. PICCOLE PESTI's Guaberto Ongile managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Dario Cordarell in the 41 minute of the game. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 64th minute of the match, Mauro Elazar tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Anthony Sacchi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 66th minute Mauro Elazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthony Sacchi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Granville booed when PICCOLE PESTI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frans Beckenbauer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th match minute, PICCOLE PESTI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frans Beckenbauer to maneuver through the defense. Anthony Sacchi made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Julio Cruz sent off a good shot on target. 76 minutes into the match, Julio Cruz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anthony Sacchi. PICCOLE PESTI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julio Cruz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Anthony Sacchi came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Granville's Julio Cruz. But to his dismay, Julio Cruz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. A collision led to PICCOLE PESTI getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Attilio Del Grosso hit a great ball. In the 86th minute Mauro Elazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthony Sacchi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Granville's Ruben Ioritz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anthony Sacchi. That made the score 0-5 after 89 minutes of play. In the 92nd minute Ettore Varglien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrea Cellucci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Attilio Del Grosso fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PICCOLE PESTI's protests and gave Attilio Del Grosso a yellow card for diving instead. The PICCOLE PESTI fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Granville were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
