In the 4th minute of the match Utopía Muerta FC got a corner. Minerul Baita -MM-'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fermin Martinez ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Utopía Muerta FC's corner Zdeněk Kozlík fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Nistor Maghiar quite easily take care of the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Minerul Baita -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Arkadiusz Piatek came free, but Nistor Maghiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arkadiusz Piatek in the 7th minute of play forced Minerul Baita -MM-'s goalkeeper Nistor Maghiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Minerul Baita -MM-'s goalkeeper Nistor Maghiar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allan Shearer in the 18th minute of play forced Utopía Muerta FC's goalkeeper Mano Hume to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Utopía Muerta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ciprian Alexe came free, but Mano Hume reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nistor Maghiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arkadiusz Piatek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nistor Maghiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arkadiusz Piatek in the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the game, one of Minerul Baita -MM-:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Minerul Baita -MM-:s Nistor Maghiar showed great skill when he stopped Fermin Martinez:s penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arkadiusz Piatek in the 29th minute of play forced Minerul Baita -MM-'s goalkeeper Nistor Maghiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arkadiusz Piatek in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nistor Maghiar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 32 minutes into the match, Minerul Baita -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Arkadiusz Piatek came free, but Nistor Maghiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vadim Tudor during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Utopía Muerta FC booed when Minerul Baita -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vadim Tudor didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th play minute Arkadiusz Piatek came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Nistor Maghiar. 1-0. Utopía Muerta FC's Arkadiusz Piatek got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Minerul Baita -MM-'s Nistor Maghiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arkadiusz Piatek in the 52nd minute of play. Utopía Muerta FC were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Minerul Baita -MM-'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fermin Martinez took the corner. The corner led to Utopía Muerta FC's Uriel Santiago getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arkadiusz Piatek in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nistor Maghiar saved Minerul Baita -MM- from getting behind. Utopía Muerta FC's Braulio Hibai was substituted for Prudencio Ubelteso. Utopía Muerta FC made a substitution. Armando Amarita replaced Anier Johans. In the 63rd minute Utopía Muerta FC were awarded a corner. Armando Amarita went to the cornerflag to take it. Fermin Martinez hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Braulio Hibai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Minerul Baita -MM-'s zone, Braulio Hibai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nistor Maghiar came out of the goal and Braulio Hibai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Allan Shearer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Minerul Baita -MM-'s Nistor Maghiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Braulio Hibai in the 79th minute of play. Allan Shearer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Mano Hume made a huge save. 87 minutes into the match, Minerul Baita -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Hibai came free, but Nistor Maghiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute Ciprian Alexe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mano Hume saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nistor Maghiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braulio Hibai, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Braulio Hibai in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nistor Maghiar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 91st play minutes Braulio Hibai shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Nistor Maghiar and just under the crossbar into goal. Minerul Baita -MM-'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
