Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Charles Sarmento proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Rondinone F.C - FDFDF from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Róbson Prata in the 24th minute of play forced Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's goalkeeper Haroldo Dante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute, Enzo Nahia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. But to his dismay, Aníbal Sá quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 30 minutes into the match, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goalkeeper Charles Sarmento had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aníbal Sá. Charles Sarmento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Nahia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Charles Sarmento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Nahia in the 36th minute of play. Nilmar de Moraes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the match, Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's Nilmar de Moraes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Charles Sarmento narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner led Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's Nilmar de Moraes to fire away a dangerous shot which Charles Sarmento despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's Nilmar de Moraes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Charles Sarmento. That made the score 2-0 after 41 minutes of play. Haroldo Dante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Alcântara in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aníbal Sá was the one to do the kick off. Charles Sarmento stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of David Lima's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 3-0 when David Lima sped through Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Charles Sarmento. In the 56th minute, Enzo Nahia made a precise shot to the right of Charles Sarmento. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Daniel Alcântara came free with the goalkeeper in the 60th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Haroldo Dante could save by the left post. Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's Enzo Nahia suffered a concussion in the 60th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. The supporters of Clube Atl. Taquaritinga booed when Rondinone F.C - FDFDF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chicão Matos didn't get a good kick on the ball.
