Galo do Japi's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cafu Ringaa in the 10th minute. Carlos Santana might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Renan Melo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The Galo do Japi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ronaldo Giovanelli should have stopped the shot. A.A. Francana were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Galo do Japi for a fine match.
