Ronaldo Giovanelli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Desportivo Coala. A hard shot 85 in the game by Carlos Santana from a close distance when the talented Bernardinho Sharkin managed to make a qualified save. Desportivo Coala's players were relieved. Cafu Ringaa made in the 86th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Desportivo Coala's Alex Favoretto. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Desportivo Coala's goalkeeper Bernardinho Sharkin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wágner Andrade recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edvaldo Motta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Bernardinho Sharkin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
