Marcos Tavares started the match with the kick off. Marcos Tavares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 7 minutes into the match, Guaratimon's goalkeeper Igor Coronado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Beto França. Through an outstanding action, after 8 minutes, Igor Coronado successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Igor Coronado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernard Dyczkowski went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 13 minutes into the match, Guaratimon's goalkeeper Igor Coronado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernard Dyczkowski. 14 minutes into the match, Magno Garcia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Igor Coronado, 2-0. Marcos Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Demaria having to interfere. In the 22nd minute Marcos Tavares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Demaria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Augusto Demaria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Tavares in the 23rd minute of the match. A collision led to Guaratimon getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Félix Torres hit a great ball. Igor Coronado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magno Garcia in the 24th minute of the match. Diguinho Dias charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diguinho Dias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Diguinho Dias hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the match, Bernard Dyczkowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Igor Coronado. Guaratimon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernard Dyczkowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Guaratimon's Igor Coronado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magno Garcia in the 29th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Tormenta EC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Tavares came free, but Augusto Demaria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Igor Coronado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beto França in the 36th minute of play. Guaratimon's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Noel Guedes in the 40th minute. Cauã Munhoz was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The crowd rose to their feet as Magno Garcia kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Igor Coronado. That made the score 4-0 in the 44 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Magno Garcia to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Bernard Dyczkowski made a precise shot to the right of Igor Coronado. Guaratimon's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Marcos Tavares's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 56thth minute, Augusto Demaria skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 58thth minute of the game Bernard Dyczkowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guaratimon's Igor Coronado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Félix Torres fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guaratimon's protests and gave Félix Torres a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Guaratimon getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Félix Torres hit a great ball. In the 60th match minute, Guaratimon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Genílson Bezerra to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Guaratimon defense, Oscar Saldanha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Igor Coronado. The Guaratimon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Igor Coronado should have stopped the shot. 63 minutes into the match, Guaratimon's goal looked a bit too open when Magno Garcia came free, but Igor Coronado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Igor Coronado came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Tormenta EC's Bernard Dyczkowski. But to his dismay, Bernard Dyczkowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. In the 69th minute Beto França shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Coronado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guaratimon's Igor Coronado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beto França in the 70th minute of play. A collision led to Guaratimon getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Genílson Bezerra hit a great ball. With a little luck, Tormenta EC's Augusto Demaria got control of the ball when Marcos Tavares tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 74th minute, Beto França left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tormenta EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. 79 minutes into the match, Guaratimon's goal looked a bit too open when Beto França came free, but Igor Coronado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Marcos Tavares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Augusto Demaria was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. In the 82nd match minute, Guaratimon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Minh Banana to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Guaratimon's Minh Banana got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute, Diguinho Dias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lenílson Carneiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Coronado having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernard Dyczkowski in the 93rd minute of play forced Guaratimon's goalkeeper Igor Coronado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Igor Coronado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Magno Garcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
