With an extended leg and a bit of luck Renan Melo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lobo Guará's attentive Berker Başhekim managed to snatch the ball when Bartosz Bereszynski made a throw-in in the 10th minute of the game. Renan Melo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Pereira in the 16th minute of play forced A.A. Francana's goalkeeper Renan Melo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ezequiel Pereira to make the kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Ezequiel Pereira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.A. Francana's Renan Melo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 66th minute of the match A.A. Francana got a corner. Lobo Guará's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. In the 70th minute, Ezequiel Pereira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 72 minutes into the game, one of A.A. Francana:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. A.A. Francana:s Renan Melo showed great skill when he stopped Nando Barbosa:s penalty. 75 minutes into the match, Lobo Guará's Ezequiel Pereira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Renan Melo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 84th minute, Ciro de Moraes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Renan Melo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Lobo Guará's attentive Berker Başhekim managed to snatch the ball when Erik Souza made a throw-in in the 88th minute of the game. Bartosz Bereszynski made in the 95th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Joel Campos. 97 minutes into the match, Ciro de Moraes notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of A.A. Francana's Renan Melo. Renan Melo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Lobo Guará fans cheered their team off the field, for while A.A. Francana had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
