Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Iustin Bungeanu took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Iustin Bungeanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonardo Donato got free with Luiz Eduardo Galvão in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luiz Eduardo Galvão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iustin Bungeanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iustin Bungeanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luiz Eduardo Galvão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iustin Bungeanu's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Iustin Bungeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Luiz Eduardo Galvão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iustin Bungeanu in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Eduardo Galvão prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Leonardo Donato fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palmeiras's protests and gave Leonardo Donato a yellow card for diving instead. Régis de Queirós came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Aesir FC FSCMZ's Anselmo Fantini. But to his dismay, Anselmo Fantini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Iustin Bungeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Luiz Eduardo Galvão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Sydney Ramalho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Régis de Queirós was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 46 played minutes Palmeiras got a freekick which was hit by Gusmão Bettencourt. In the 47th minute of the match Carlos Eduardo Veiga shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Régis de Queirós showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sydney Ramalho to make the kick off. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aesir FC FSCMZ's goalkeeper Luiz Eduardo Galvão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ernesto Berger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Régis de Queirós having to interfere. Anselmo Fantini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Régis de Queirós made a huge save. Luiz Eduardo Galvão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iustin Bungeanu's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Aesir FC FSCMZ's zone, Tarcisio Reis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luiz Eduardo Galvão came out of the goal and Tarcisio Reis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iustin Bungeanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iustin Bungeanu charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iustin Bungeanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Palmeiras getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Iustin Bungeanu hit a great ball. In the 87th minute, Leonardo Donato made a precise shot to the right of Luiz Eduardo Galvão. Aesir FC FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Aesir FC FSCMZ's Sydney Ramalho suffered a concussion after 90 minutes and had to leave the field. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 89th minute of the game. One of Palmeiras:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Aesir FC FSCMZ:s goal. In the 94th minute Iustin Bungeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Eduardo Galvão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Régis de Queirós stood somewhat misplaced when Anselmo Fantini came free in front of goal and shot 1-3 to the left of him in the 96 minute. The Aesir FC FSCMZ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Aesir FC FSCMZ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
