Steven Bergwijn scored 1-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Régis de Queirós, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Steven Bergwijn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Régis de Queirós came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Litoral EC - CIMZ's Steven Bergwijn. But to his dismay, Steven Bergwijn quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Steven Bergwijn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Régis de Queirós made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Steven Bergwijn sent off a good shot on target. 21 minutes into the match, Litoral EC - CIMZ's Steven Bergwijn sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Régis de Queirós narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Palmeiras's Régis de Queirós proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Palmeiras from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Litoral EC - CIMZ's Steven Bergwijn slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Régis de Queirós. That made the score 3-0 after 23 minutes of play. A throw-in in the 28th minute of the game was made by Kléberson Neiva with Iustin Bungeanu as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. When Luiz Fabiano Passos fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palmeiras's protests and gave Luiz Fabiano Passos a yellow card for diving instead. Régis de Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steven Bergwijn, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kléberson Neiva in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kıvanç Bengi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 38 minutes into the match, Palmeiras's goalkeeper Régis de Queirós had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Steven Bergwijn. Wesley Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. 46 minutes in the game Kléberson Neiva did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Iustin Bungeanu.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iustin Bungeanu was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Steven Bergwijn's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Régis de Queirós was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. When Litoral EC - CIMZ's Steven Bergwijn in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Litoral EC - CIMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. After some careless play in the Palmeiras defense, Joseph Joestar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Régis de Queirós. The Palmeiras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Régis de Queirós should have stopped the shot. 78 minutes into the match, Joseph Joestar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Régis de Queirós. Palmeiras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joseph Joestar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph Joestar in the 83rd minute of play forced Palmeiras's goalkeeper Régis de Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dênis Miranda made in the 85th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Dênis Miranda however managed to control. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palmeiras's goalkeeper Régis de Queirós, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Régis de Queirós came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Litoral EC - CIMZ's Joseph Joestar. But to his dismay, Joseph Joestar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. 92 minutes into the match, Joseph Joestar notched a goal, 13-0, to the right of Palmeiras's Régis de Queirós. Régis de Queirós was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
