Arlindo Guedes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ruy Melo kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Murilo Lucas got free with Alexandre Brasil in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE booed when AF CERRADO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Pombal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute Juninho Eger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arlindo Guedes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute of the match, Marcos Paulista tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alexandre Brasil saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Róbson Bittencourt in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexandre Brasil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Horacio Sayveon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Arlindo Guedes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horacio Sayveon in the 24th minute of play. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Alexandre Brasil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antônio Carlos Bueno in the 28th minute of play forced E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalkeeper Alexandre Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
