Olivier Gilg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bruninho Vaz came out and tried to block the shot, but Olivier Gilg slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. DIPLOMATA FC PAB were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after SC Bertioga's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Song Xiong Hong took the corner. The corner ended in Song Xiong Hong almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SC Bertioga's Bruninho Vaz did a great save. SC Bertioga's Bruninho Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Song Xiong Hong in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anderson Pombal in the 17th minute of play forced DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goalkeeper Chico Donato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute Olivier Gilg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruninho Vaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Olivier Gilg came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the DIPLOMATA FC PAB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olivier Gilg couldn't finish the play. In the 22nd minute of the match, Song Xiong Hong tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bruninho Vaz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Renato Quadros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruninho Vaz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Song Xiong Hong sped through SC Bertioga's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bruninho Vaz. SC Bertioga's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Bruninho Vaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Song Xiong Hong, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 81st minute of the match, Benigno Gorosti tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Chico Donato saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 86th minute, Rodrigo Cisterna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
