Péter Pálffy made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Geovani Sanches sent off a good shot on target. 17 minutes into the match, Capivara FC's Doriva Tavares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maicon Trevisan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If João Pedro Moreno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute João Pedro Moreno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Péter Pálffy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jereba 4EVER's Maicon Trevisan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhang Chen in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute Doriva Tavares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maicon Trevisan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Jereba 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Neycho Mudrov came free, but Maicon Trevisan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, Zhang Chen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Capivara FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 34 minutes into the game, Zhang Chen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Maicon Trevisan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Péter Pálffy made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Geovani Sanches sent off a good shot on target. Maicon Trevisan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinícius Junior in the 42nd minute of the match. Manoel Garrincha kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, one of Capivara FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Capivara FC. When the match had been going on for 49 minutes, Jereba 4EVER's Geovani Sanches got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Péter Pálffy. After the first half Capivara FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Neycho Mudrov to strike the kick off in the second half. Maicon Trevisan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhang Chen in the 75th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Jereba 4EVER's goalkeeper Maicon Trevisan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Doriva Tavares. Péter Pálffy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Geovani Sanches went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neycho Mudrov in the 83rd minute of play forced Jereba 4EVER's goalkeeper Maicon Trevisan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Capivara FC booed when Jereba 4EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enio Linares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jereba 4EVER:s Maicon Trevisan showed great skill when he stopped Doriva Tavares:s penalty. Jereba 4EVER succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Capivara FC had controlled the match.
