With a left leg João Paulo Silva saved Família Ressaca MZ from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Faustão Freire put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of João Paulo Silva. Caco Moreno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dorian Soeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caco Moreno, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Caco Moreno had several of the Primatas FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 15 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Dorian Soeiro as he didn't even see the shot coming. Wojciech Rutecki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Dorian Soeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caco Moreno took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dorian Soeiro. Dorian Soeiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Caco Moreno took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Dorian Soeiro to make any attempt to save it. The audience was convinced that Caco Moreno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dorian Soeiro was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. If Caco Moreno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dorian Soeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caco Moreno in the 39th minute of play. Primatas FC's Dorian Soeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caco Moreno in the 44th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Caco Moreno made the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Caco Moreno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caco Moreno in the 66th minute of play forced Primatas FC's goalkeeper Dorian Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Caco Moreno notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Primatas FC's Dorian Soeiro. Dorian Soeiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by Família Ressaca MZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Percy Duarte was slow to take the kick. During this time Primatas FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Família Ressaca MZ's goalie and right to Gustavo Gol. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Família Ressaca MZ's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 76th minute, Caco Moreno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Família Ressaca MZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. Família Ressaca MZ's João Paulo Silva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Família Ressaca MZ from getting a goal against them. When Ronaldinho do Vale came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Família Ressaca MZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronaldinho do Vale couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Caco Moreno in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dorian Soeiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 89 minutes Primatas FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eloy Soto who took care of the corner kick. Eloy Soto made a great header on Família Ressaca MZ's corner, it was just that Primatas FC's Dorian Soeiro managed to reach the ball for a save. Caco Moreno struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Dorian Soeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Família Ressaca MZ. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Família Ressaca MZ fully deserved thier win.
