In the 11th minute Ben Zynek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Lima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mukifus FSCMZ's Rômulo Neiva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Mukifus FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. In the 17th minute of the match Mukifus FSCMZ got a corner. S.C. Ferrari's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gösta Lindell ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of S.C. Ferrari booed when Mukifus FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filipe Freire didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernardo Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ben Zynek, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. A collision led to Mukifus FSCMZ getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Filipe Freire hit a great ball. After some careless play in the S.C. Ferrari defense, Ben Zynek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernardo Lima. The S.C. Ferrari fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernardo Lima should have stopped the shot. Bernardo Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thiago Hudson in the 29th minute of play. Bernardo Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Carro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Carro in the 43rd minute of play forced S.C. Ferrari's goalkeeper Bernardo Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 46 minutes, Gergely Bollobás managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.C. Ferrari's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gergely Bollobás was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Gergely Bollobás made the kick off in the second half. Ferrari's Gergely Bollobás got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. S.C. Ferrari's Bernardo Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thiago Hudson in the 60th minute of play. Rômulo Neiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorian Severo, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. S.C. Ferrari made a substitution. Carlos Duarte replaced Acácio de Andrade. S.C. Ferrari's Patrick Angelsø was substituted for Dorian Severo. In the 64th minute S.C. Ferrari were awarded a corner. Carlos Duarte went to the cornerflag to take it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ben Zynek in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardo Lima saved S.C. Ferrari from getting behind. Mukifus FSCMZ made a substitution. Wambasther Robben replaced Cássio Vidal. Rômulo Neiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gergely Bollobás in the 75th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gergely Bollobás in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rômulo Neiva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When S.C. Ferrari's Gergely Bollobás in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mukifus FSCMZ's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ben Zynek in the 80th minute of play forced S.C. Mukifus FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gergely Bollobás was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. S.C. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mukifus FSCMZ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
