The Rio Verde F.C CIMZ fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Marcos Siqueira looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Fabrício Falcão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Siqueira in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Marcos Siqueira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Beto Breckenfeld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Siqueira in the 32nd minute of play forced Jurupeba FC's goalkeeper Fabrício Falcão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jurupeba FC's Fabrício Falcão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Jurupeba FC from getting a goal against them. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Amauri Félix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Minchev in the 35th minute of play. Amauri Félix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thorkil Husig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Erauso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tolgahan Onatkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabrício Falcão having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Marco Erauso made the kick off in the second half. Martin Minchev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 50th minute. Amauri Félix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jurupeba FC's Thorkil Husig got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Thorkil Husig fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jurupeba FC's protests and gave Thorkil Husig a yellow card for diving instead. Fabrício Falcão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Siqueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute Martin Minchev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amauri Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 66 minutes Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Henk Linder who took care of the corner kick. In the 69th minute, Reinaldo Schmidt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcos Siqueira during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Rio Verde F.C CIMZ getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Marcos Siqueira hit a great ball. In the 77th minute, Marco Erauso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabrício Falcão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Erauso in the 78th minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Minchev came free, but Amauri Félix reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amauri Félix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Minchev in the 87th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thorkil Husig got free with Amauri Félix in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amauri Félix made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Beto Breckenfeld sent off a good shot on target. In the 94thth minute of the game Marco Erauso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jurupeba FC's Fabrício Falcão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
