Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Salgado in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adriano Carneiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 5thth minute of the game Cristian Salgado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MAZER SAF's Adriano Carneiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rodrigo Garro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Túlio Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dudu Berger in the 9th minute of play forced Toa Toa 4EVER's goalkeeper Túlio Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st match minute, Toa Toa 4EVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amílton de Barros to maneuver through the defense. Toa Toa 4EVER's attentive Franklin Sá managed to snatch the ball when Afonsinho Medeiros made a throw-in in the 26th minute of the game. Adriano Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Salgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Afonsinho Medeiros made in the 32nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by José Vítor Lopez. Rômulo Amarals short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Túlio Silva to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With his leg Túlio Silva managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when MAZER SAF's Rômulo Amaral fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. MAZER SAF's Adriano Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amílton de Barros in the 40th minute of play. After 40 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for MAZER SAF! Adriano Carneiro had in the 42ndth minute some difficulties stopping Deivid Galvão's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 45 minutes into the match, MAZER SAF's Rômulo Amaral sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Túlio Silva narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Denílson Tinoco hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. José Vítor Lopez was the one to do the kick off. Toa Toa 4EVER's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MAZER SAF the free kick. Toa Toa 4EVER succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though MAZER SAF had controlled the match.
