The referee showed Nicolas De la Cruz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 4 played minutes New Joinville - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas De la Cruz. 10 minutes into the match, Toa Toa 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Constantino Lertxun came free, but Túlio Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Nicolas De la Cruz notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Toa Toa 4EVER's Túlio Silva. Túlio Silva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 18th minute, Cristian Salgado reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Xande Buffon. The goal made the score 1-1. Jacob Santalla might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Túlio Silva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jacob Santalla ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, New Joinville - FSCMZ's Diamantino Britto got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute, Cristian Salgado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 34 minutes Toa Toa 4EVER's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jacob Santalla who took care of the corner kick. New Joinville - FSCMZ's Constantino Lertxun was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Túlio Silva in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some careless play in the Toa Toa 4EVER defense, Constantino Lertxun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Túlio Silva. The Toa Toa 4EVER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Túlio Silva should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Deivid Galvão was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, New Joinville - FSCMZ's Diamantino Britto got a free kick in the 64th minute. The supporters of Toa Toa 4EVER booed when New Joinville - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diamantino Britto didn't get a good kick on the ball. 69 minutes into the match, New Joinville - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Deivid Galvão came free, but Xande Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. New Joinville - FSCMZ's Claudinho Terra was substituted for Nicolas De la Cruz. In the 72nd match minute, New Joinville - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacob Santalla to maneuver through the defense. Constantino Lertxun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Túlio Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. New Joinville - FSCMZ made a substitution. Amauri Romero replaced Diamantino Britto. When Deivid Galvão fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Toa Toa 4EVER's protests and gave Deivid Galvão a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Toa Toa 4EVER getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Deivid Galvão hit a great ball. 90 minutes into the game, New Joinville - FSCMZ's Thomás Cardoso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Túlio Silva made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. After a rather tough play, New Joinville - FSCMZ's Demetrius Xande got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Xande Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Salgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantino Lertxun in the 96th minute of play forced Toa Toa 4EVER's goalkeeper Túlio Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Túlio Silva was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Constantino Lertxun showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 97 minute of play. When the final whistle sounded New Joinville - FSCMZ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Toa Toa 4EVER.
