George Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudinho Vergílio in the 6th minute of the match. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by Three Lions FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Humberto Perez was slow to take the kick. During this time Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's players had a chance to rest. Jorge Loyola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Messi in the 11th minute of play. Three Lions FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by George Lukaku in the 13th minute. After 13 played minutes Three Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by George Stones. The audience was convinced that George Messi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorge Loyola was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Three Lions FC were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. George Lukaku took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's goalie and right to George De Bruyne. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. When Hulk Zaracho came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hulk Zaracho couldn't finish the play. In the 39th minute George Messi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Loyola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, George Messi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Three Lions FC's supporters rose to their feet, but George Messi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Loyola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 42 played minutes Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Flávio da Silva. 43 minutes into the match, Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when George Messi came free, but Jorge Loyola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in George Lukaku almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Jorge Loyola did a great save. Jorge Loyola didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from George Messi went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

A collision led to Three Lions FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Kléber Barral hit a great ball. In the 55th minute, Gunnar Ekeroth ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jorge Loyola was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 59th minute, George Messi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Three Lions FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. A hard shot by Esteban Montrell from long distance, 62 minutes into the match, got Jorge Loyola's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. With a little luck, Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Jorge Loyola got control of the ball when George Messi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Three Lions FC's George Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hulk Zaracho in the 74th minute of play. George Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hulk Zaracho in the 76th minute of play. With his leg Jorge Loyola managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Three Lions FC's George Messi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Flávio da Silva hit a great ball. George Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Sustrai in the 94th minute of play. After having played for 95 minutes, Gunnar Ekeroth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Three Lions FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gunnar Ekeroth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
