The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. George Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flávio da Silva in the 4th minute of the match. In the 7th minute Dávid Baranyai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. George Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Téo Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After having played for 15 minutes, George Messi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Three Lions FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but George Messi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cipriano Sustrai took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised George Buffon. George Buffon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. George Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Téo Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. If Gunnar Ekeroth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ booed when Three Lions FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kléber Barral didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 41 played minutes Three Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by Benito McRae. Three Lions FC's George Messi got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Weverton Everson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from George Messi went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cipriano Sustrai made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Three Lions FC's goalkeeper George Buffon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cipriano Sustrai. Weverton Everson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gunnar Ekeroth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. George Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Téo Toledo in the 62nd minute of play. Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Weverton Everson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Messi in the 63rd minute of play. George Messi scored 2-1 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Weverton Everson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Messi in the 71st minute of play forced Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's goalkeeper Weverton Everson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gunnar Ekeroth struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Weverton Everson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Three Lions FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hulk Zaracho in the 79th minute of play forced Three Lions FC's goalkeeper George Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 81 minutes Three Lions FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Petter Bivall who took care of the corner kick. Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Weverton Everson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gunnar Ekeroth in the 87th minute of play. With a little luck, Three Lions FC's George Buffon got control of the ball when Cipriano Sustrai tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 90th match minute, Three Lions FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kajetan Filanowski to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Petter Bivall from long distance, 91 minutes into the match, got George Buffon's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. George Messi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ booed when Three Lions FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kajetan Filanowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
