Kauan Cunha hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. The supporters of Espigão Steamrollers booed when Jurassic Monsters SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 34th minute Thomas Hasselqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Patrone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliézer Ramos made in the 35th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Magno do Valle. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Roneixon Siqueira managed to get in a good position for a shot.
