An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristide Ciuvică in the 4th minute of play forced Colognese FC's goalkeeper Alfredinho Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 5 played minutes Colognese FC got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Pereira. Edgard Batista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jailson Aparecido having to interfere. A collision led to México Eterno MZC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Gabri Martin hit a great ball. Jailson Aparecido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rurik Öhlmann in the 10th minute of play. Christopher Bloom made in the 12th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Rurik Öhlmann. Christopher Bloom kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aristide Ciuvică in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfredinho Carneiro saved Colognese FC from getting behind. In the 18th minute Aristide Ciuvică shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredinho Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Aristide Ciuvică came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the México Eterno MZC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aristide Ciuvică couldn't finish the play. México Eterno MZC's Jailson Aparecido proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save México Eterno MZC from getting a goal against them. Aristide Ciuvică blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alfredinho Carneiro having to make a save. Alfredinho Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristide Ciuvică, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfredinho Carneiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aristide Ciuvică's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. In the 34th match minute, Colognese FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Telin to maneuver through the defense. In the 35thth minute of the game Aristide Ciuvică who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Colognese FC's Alfredinho Carneiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 38th minute, Aristide Ciuvică ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredinho Carneiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 42nd minute, Colognese FC's Edgard Batista ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jailson Aparecido. Jailson Aparecido yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. After the first half México Eterno MZC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aristide Ciuvică to strike the kick off in the second half. Edgard Batista hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Edgard Batista's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jailson Aparecido read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to Colognese FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Michael Telin hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the game, Michael Telin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Colognese FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave México Eterno MZC the free kick. The supporters of México Eterno MZC booed when Colognese FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Telin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfredinho Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristide Ciuvică, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jailson Aparecido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Batista in the 64th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Aristide Ciuvică made a precise shot to the right of Alfredinho Carneiro. Colognese FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. México Eterno MZC's Eriberto Talló was substituted for Ignacio Quiroga. In the 72nd minute, Edgard Batista got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aristide Ciuvică's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfredinho Carneiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by Colognese FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Diego Ribas was slow to take the kick. During this time México Eterno MZC's players had a chance to rest. After a rather tough play, Colognese FC's Ioan Cocârlă got a free kick in the 80th minute. Colognese FC made a substitution. Juninho Santos replaced Ruben Casado. In the 82nd match minute, Colognese FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ioan Cocârlă to maneuver through the defense. Silvério Barreto got a throw-in 85 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Juninho Santos. Jailson Aparecido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Batista, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Alfredinho Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristide Ciuvică in the 91st minute of play. México Eterno MZC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
