Jeremy Nicholas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 23rd minute, Anthon Mellbad left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PRO-BR™ -P.A.B- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Anthon Mellbad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anthon Mellbad in the 30th minute of play forced New England Minas's goalkeeper Jeremy Nicholas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Garnier Rusterholz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Silva, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Jeremy Nicholas successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 35th minute PRO-BR™ -P.A.B- were awarded a corner. Edmílson Arantes went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on PRO-BR™ -P.A.B-'s corner Edmílson Arantes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jeremy Nicholas quite easily take care of the ball. 38 minutes into the game, New England Minas's Alperen Öksüz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Garnier Rusterholz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 41st minute, Tony Pacheco made a precise shot to the right of Garnier Rusterholz. PRO-BR™ -P.A.B-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edgardo Silva was the one to do the kick off. Alperen Öksüz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Garnier Rusterholz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tony Pacheco in the 56th minute of play. Garnier Rusterholz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tony Pacheco in the 61st minute of the match. Garnier Rusterholz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tony Pacheco's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anthon Mellbad in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeremy Nicholas saved New England Minas from getting behind. Garnier Rusterholz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alperen Öksüz in the 67th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alperen Öksüz in the 68th minute of play forced PRO-BR™ -P.A.B-'s goalkeeper Garnier Rusterholz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. New England Minas made a substitution. Hipolito Emenon replaced Jörgen Frohm. PRO-BR™ -P.A.B- made a substitution. Jeremias Velloso replaced Wang Guang Wei. New England Minas made a substitution. Emmitt Benson replaced Alperen Öksüz. New England Minas made a substitution. Tio Lio replaced Edgardo Silva. After a rather tough play, New England Minas's Glen Conklin got a free kick in the 70th minute. New England Minas's Jeremy Nicholas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Gabrielli in the 71st minute of play. In the 72nd minute Tony Pacheco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Garnier Rusterholz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute, Jeremias Velloso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jeremy Nicholas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremias Velloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Lucas Gabrielli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd minute, Tio Lio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tio Lio got free with Garnier Rusterholz in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tio Lio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Garnier Rusterholz made a huge save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. New England Minas had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
