Charles Müller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andy Cole in the 4th minute of the match. Luiz Fernando Neto struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Egun Pais didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sporting Uai MzC™. Charles Müller didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andy Cole went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Jerzy Zjawin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Müller having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Andy Cole managed to get in a good position for a shot. Floresta Negra FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Andy Cole was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charles Müller breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Charles Müller didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andy Cole went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Floresta Negra FC's Gafur Dolunay got a free kick in the 28th minute. After having played for 30 minutes, Mané Veiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sporting Uai MzC™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Mané Veiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andy Cole in the 32nd minute of play forced Sporting Uai MzC™'s goalkeeper Charles Müller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Charles Müller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andy Cole, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sporting Uai MzC™'s goalkeeper Charles Müller, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Charles Müller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andy Cole in the 45th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Floresta Negra FC made a substitution. Vivaldo Amorim replaced Vânderson Vale. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andy Cole was the one to do the kick off. When Andy Cole fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Floresta Negra FC's protests and gave Andy Cole a yellow card for diving instead. In the 60th minute, Andy Cole hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes into the game, Valeh Cerda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporting Uai MzC™'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Floresta Negra FC the free kick. Floresta Negra FC's Egun Pais played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fernando Neto in the 71st minute of play. Charles Müller made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Jardel Lewandowski sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jardel Lewandowski in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Charles Müller prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 76th minute Floresta Negra FC were awarded a corner. Jerzy Zjawin went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Gafur Dolunay got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Charles Müller quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 80 minutes into the match, Jardel Lewandowski notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Sporting Uai MzC™'s Charles Müller. Charles Müller was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Floresta Negra FC's Arturo Vidal was substituted for Hector Bazkoare. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jardel Lewandowski in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Charles Müller saved Sporting Uai MzC™ from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting Uai MzC™'s zone, Jardel Lewandowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charles Müller came out of the goal and Jardel Lewandowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 95 minutes into the game, Carlos Augusto Saldanha threw the ball into play from the sideline. Floresta Negra FC's Gafur Dolunay quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Floresta Negra FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
