Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cui Xiang Zhen got the match started through his kick off. Skull Sport F.C's Reynaldo Astrada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yu Yang Sang in the 5th minute of play. Sagarana Clube were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Skull Sport F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Serafim Barros took the corner. Sagarana Clube's Serafim Barros was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Reynaldo Astrada in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Skull Sport F.C's Robert Levandowsky in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sagarana Clube's goalie prevented a goal. The corner led Skull Sport F.C's Raimundo da Silveira to fire away a dangerous shot which Benedito Trigo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 20 minutes Sagarana Clube's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Raimundo da Silveira who took care of the corner kick. Benedito Trigo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cui Xiang Zhen in the 24th minute. Valério Pires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedito Trigo having to interfere. Benedito Trigo had great luck who in the 29thth minute grab hold of the ball when Robert Levandowsky from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Benedito Trigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Augusto Barral in the 33rd minute of play. Reynaldo Astrada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Éder Madureira in the 36th minute of the match. Cui Xiang Zhen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Benedito Trigo made a huge save. Cui Xiang Zhens short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Benedito Trigo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Sagarana Clube getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Yu Yang Sang hit a great ball. Cui Xiang Zhen's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Benedito Trigo firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to Sagarana Clube getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Fábio da Cunha hit a great ball. Benedito Trigo made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Cui Xiang Zhen sent off a good shot on target. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Serafim Barros was the one to do the kick off. Serafim Barros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 58th minute Skull Sport F.C were awarded a corner. Raimundo da Silveira went to the cornerflag to take it. Cui Xiang Zhen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedito Trigo having to interfere. If Serafim Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Sagarana Clube's Fábio da Cunha slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Reynaldo Astrada. That made the score 0-1 after 67 minutes of play. Benedito Trigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cui Xiang Zhen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Skull Sport F.C booed when Sagarana Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yu Yang Sang didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sagarana Clube made a substitution. Zé Roberto da Costa replaced Beto Heidemann. Sagarana Clube's Bruno Salles was substituted for Éder Madureira. After a rather tough play, Sagarana Clube's Yu Yang Sang got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 74 minutes into the game, Skull Sport F.C's Robert Levandowsky nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benedito Trigo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Cui Xiang Zhen kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. If Serafim Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benedito Trigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cui Xiang Zhen, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Yu Yang Sang put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Reynaldo Astrada. In the 89th minute João Augusto Barral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedito Trigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benedito Trigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cui Xiang Zhen, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cui Xiang Zhen in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benedito Trigo saved Sagarana Clube from getting behind. The Sagarana Clube supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sagarana Clube would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
