CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Genko Balevski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Júlio Baiano in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The supporters of Barões F. C. booed when CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genko Balevski didn't get a good kick on the ball. André Sampaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Amor having to interfere. 12 minutes into the game, Barões F. C.'s Aloísio Toscano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melquiades Amor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Barões F. Fernandinho Botelho hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Melquiades Amor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Paraibano in the 33rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Donato Paraibano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melquiades Amor was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Melquiades Amor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Fábio Souto, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nixon Richard in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melquiades Amor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA booed when Barões F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Fábio Souto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Barões F. C. made a substitution. Cris Batistuta replaced Luiz Fábio Souto. In the 74th match minute, Barões F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Fábio Souto to maneuver through the defense. In the last second Melquiades Amor throw himself and got hold of the ball when Nixon Richard in the 78thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Donato Paraibano ran over to the corner to take the kick. Meng Kun Kun kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. The Barões F. C. fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Barões F. C.'s Aloísio Toscano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Melquiades Amor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nixon Richard in the 90th minute of the match. After 95 played minutes Barões F. C. got a freekick which was hit by André Sampaio. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulysses Paiva in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Júlio Baiano prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
