Ludomil Ziomkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hulk Fenomeno in the 11th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Afonso da Cunha got free with Omar Duardo in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Omar Duardo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Afonso da Cunha got free with Omar Duardo in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Afonso da Cunha got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ booed when CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maurinho Arruda didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a left leg Ludomil Ziomkowski saved CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ from getting behind. Hulk Fenomeno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edmundo Valle hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After 66 played minutes, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Xande Campbell shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Omar Duardo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ reached it.
