Enrico Barreneche's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alexander Shaw read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Enrico Barreneche could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Alexander Shaw made a huge save. After some careless play in the Atletico de la Rosa CF defense, Gianluca Lapadula kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcell Yashin. The Atletico de la Rosa CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcell Yashin should have stopped the shot. In the 24th minute, Gianluca Lapadula left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC Papicho fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After having played for 28 minutes, Liam-Nataniel de la Rosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atletico de la Rosa CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Liam-Nataniel de la Rosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Angel Beltxe kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrico Barreneche got free with Alexander Shaw in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Atletico de la Rosa CF's Enrico Barreneche slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alexander Shaw. That made the score 1-2 after 34 minutes of play. When Atletico de la Rosa CF's Enrico Barreneche in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AC Papicho's goalie prevented a goal. Angel Beltxe made in the 45th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gianluca Lapadula immediately put the ball in play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

AC Papicho's Rodolfo Mora was substituted for Egun Lisundia. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enrico Barreneche made a kick off. The supporters of Atletico de la Rosa CF booed when AC Papicho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xavier Comillas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enrico Barreneche recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Enrico Barreneche struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Alexander Shaw didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atletico de la Rosa CF. Atletico de la Rosa CF made a substitution. Zeca Gadda replaced Enrico Barreneche. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeca Gadda in the 71st minute of play forced AC Papicho's goalkeeper Alexander Shaw to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Atletico de la Rosa CF's Marcell Yashin got control of the ball when Frasquito Abrego tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Atletico de la Rosa CF's goalkeeper Marcell Yashin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The throw-in from Yoelvis Frecha in the 85th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by AC Papicho's Tabb Panizo. In the 90th minute Zeca Gadda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Shaw saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in AC Papicho's zone, Zeca Gadda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexander Shaw came out of the goal and Zeca Gadda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Atletico de la Rosa CF's Marcell Yashin got control of the ball when Frasquito Abrego tried to sneak it across the goal line.
