Alfonso Villamarin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oriol Loyola in the 7th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erland Trolle came free, but Alfonso Villamarin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Bibiano Anderica fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leones FC's protests and gave Bibiano Anderica a yellow card for diving instead. After 40 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Bibiano Anderica. Alfonso Villamarin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aresti Tello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Oriol Loyola in the 51st minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Alfonso Villamarin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfonso Villamarin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oriche Isazi in the 52nd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goalkeeper Alfonso Villamarin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oriche Isazi. Alfonso Villamarin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alfonso Villamarin made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Oriche Isazi sent off a good shot on target. Aloisio Munet took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernt Ånger. Bernt Ånger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Leones FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
