The supporters of Chuquisaca booed when Escuadrón Mercenario was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Pedro Medeiros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boleslaw Mruk was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Sasoin Abascal made in the 27th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Chuquisaca's Vicemte Abancens. In the 35th minute of the match, Enrique Abeijon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fabrizio Catapano saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Nando Toscano was a little too slow when Werner Colvin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 0-2. After 58 played minutes Escuadrón Mercenario got a freekick which was hit by Sasoin Abascal. In the 66th minute, Estevon Abancens left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Escuadrón Mercenario fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Werner Colvin struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Nando Toscano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chuquisaca. Fabrizio Catapano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Estevon Abancens in the 80th minute of play. Ramiro Messias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 86 in the game by Werner Colvin from a close distance when the talented Nando Toscano managed to make a qualified save. Escuadrón Mercenario's players were relieved. Peli Abalos scored 2-2 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabrizio Catapano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Escuadrón Mercenario were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
