Marcelo Barovero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tytus Dudkowski in the 18th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Endura Abechuco got free with Stéphane Brault in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stéphane Brault made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Endura Abechuco sent off a good shot on target. 47 minutes into the game, Endura Abechuco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. River CBBA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pepsi Fuchibol Clu the free kick.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tytus Dudkowski was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of River CBBA booed when Pepsi Fuchibol Clu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cordera Abella didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 63 played minutes Pepsi Fuchibol Clu got a freekick which was hit by Kismi Abad. River CBBA's Argoitz Abeijon was substituted for Endura Abechuco. A sloppy throw-in by Ciprian Joldea in the 68th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by River CBBA's Modesto Ado. After a rather tough play, River CBBA's Cipriano Abechuco got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute, Feyyaz Erol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kismi Abad charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stéphane Brault prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stéphane Brault made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ponciano Abarca in the 97th minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
