Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ntinos Kaliakatsos took the kick off in the first half of the match. 14 minutes into the match, AEK KAVALAS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ntinos Kaliakatsos came free, but Grigoris Zacharas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AEK KAVALAS FC's Grigoris Zacharas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ntinos Kaliakatsos in the 14th minute of play. Odysseas Lazaroglou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Aris Zanteroglou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aris Zanteroglou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Odysseas Lazaroglou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aris Zanteroglou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adriano Seabra, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 28th minute, Adriano Seabra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aris Zanteroglou was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 31st minute Ntinos Kaliakatsos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grigoris Zacharas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, AEK KAVALAS FC's goalkeeper Grigoris Zacharas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris. In the 34th minute of the match, Ntinos Kaliakatsos tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Grigoris Zacharas saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 39 minutes into the match, AEK KAVALAS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ntinos Kaliakatsos came free, but Grigoris Zacharas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 40 played minutes AEK KAVALAS FC got a freekick which was hit by Konstantinos Athanasiadis. After 43 played minutes AEK KAVALAS FC got a freekick which was hit by Tadeusz Jekot. The audience was convinced that Odysseas Lazaroglou's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aris Zanteroglou was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Aris Zanteroglou made an important save on a dangerous shot by Odysseas Lazaroglou in the 51st minute. Aris Zanteroglou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fotis Pegiadis in the 53rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Fotis Pegiadis managed to get in a good position for a shot. AEK KAVALAS FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fotis Pegiadis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aris Zanteroglou breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Jose F.C.'s zone, Adriano Seabra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aris Zanteroglou came out of the goal and Adriano Seabra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A sloppy throw-in by Pipis Thiakos in the 61st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AEK KAVALAS FC's Makis Labiridis. The throw-in from Pipis Thiakos in the 65th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by AEK KAVALAS FC's Makis Labiridis. With a little luck, Jose F.C.'s Aris Zanteroglou got control of the ball when Adriano Seabra tried to sneak it across the goal line. AEK KAVALAS FC's Grigoris Zacharas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris in the 77th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 94th minute of the game. One of Jose F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of AEK KAVALAS FC:s goal.
