Habsburgo's Honorato Aznaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Gipuzkoa in the 4th minute of play. After 12 minutes of play, Habsburgo's Willian Pay made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arif Ozan Oğuztan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 16th minute, Cirilo Ritchie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cirilo Ritchie in the 18th minute of play forced Habsburgo's goalkeeper Honorato Aznaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arrecifes's Arif Ozan Oğuztan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Willian Pay in the 24th minute of play. Honorato Aznaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kevin De Bruyne in the 27th minute. Cirilo Ritchie's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Honorato Aznaro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Arif Ozan Oğuztan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Willian Pay went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 37th match minute, Habsburgo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santo Playo to maneuver through the defense. Arif Ozan Oğuztan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Willian Pay, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

In the 51st minute, Cirilo Ritchie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 54 minutes, Cirilo Ritchie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arrecifes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cirilo Ritchie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 58th minute Willian Pay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute, Emanuel Katia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Habsburgo's Eustaquio Gonsalve was substituted for Sixto Milio. Habsburgo made a substitution. Saverio Lehoi replaced Jeronimo Dantel. The supporters of Arrecifes booed when Habsburgo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Katia didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Habsburgo's goalkeeper Honorato Aznaro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Willian Pay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Willian Pay received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arif Ozan Oğuztan came out and tried to block the shot, but Willian Pay slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 86th minute. 94 minutes into the game, Felipe Senon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Honorato Aznaro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Habsburgo supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Habsburgo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
