In the 9th minute Habsburgo were awarded a corner. Fabian Hansson went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Habsburgo's Sixto Milio getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The supporters of Habsburgo booed when ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Semih Recai didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute, Willian Pay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luis Mejía was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Habsburgo's Honorato Aznaro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Habsburgo from getting a goal against them. Melchor Garoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorato Aznaro having to interfere. A hard shot 44 in the game by Semih Recai from a close distance when the talented Honorato Aznaro managed to make a qualified save. Habsburgo's players were relieved.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Semih Recai to strike the kick off in the second half. Robert De Niro's late challenge caught a ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robert De Niro helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Habsburgo getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Robert De Niro hit a great ball. Habsburgo's Willian Pay got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ made a substitution. Tomáš Kožený replaced Melchor Garoa. ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Ivan Nisio was substituted for Semih Recai. Habsburgo's Fabian Hansson got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Honorato Aznaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomáš Kožený in the 78th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Mehmet Halis Özkoc left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Willian Pay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luis Mejía read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. In the 86th match minute, Habsburgo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Ramone to maneuver through the defense. Jimeno Hurko kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Fabian Hansson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the game, ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Tomáš Kožený nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Honorato Aznaro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the Habsburgo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰.
