In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Laurita FC's goalkeeper Arnulfo Kinsen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 12th minute ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ were awarded a corner. Dedê Donatello went to the cornerflag to take it. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Dedê Donatello was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arnulfo Kinsen in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Gică Bogdan might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arnulfo Kinsen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gică Bogdan ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Alberto Kempes in the 22nd minute of play forced ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s goalkeeper Silvano Portillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Prudencio Goiz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnulfo Kinsen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Arnulfo Kinsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prudencio Goiz in the 37th minute of the match. Guaberto Lertxun hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Laurita FC's Arnulfo Kinsen got control of the ball when Prudencio Goiz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mario Alberto Kempes to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Laurita FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Manni. In the 52nd minute Prudencio Goiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulfo Kinsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Laurita FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dedê Donatello took the corner. The corner ended in Tobias Xacintu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Laurita FC's Arnulfo Kinsen did a great save. 57 minutes into the match, Prudencio Goiz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnulfo Kinsen. Laurita FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Prudencio Goiz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Prudencio Goiz in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnulfo Kinsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ made a substitution. Saturnino Romo replaced Prudencio Goiz. After 69 played minutes Laurita FC got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Vargas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saturnino Romo in the 80th minute of play forced Laurita FC's goalkeeper Arnulfo Kinsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnulfo Kinsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saturnino Romo in the 85th minute of play. Arnulfo Kinsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elberg As in the 89th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the game, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Saturnino Romo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnulfo Kinsen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Laurita FC made a substitution. Bernardino Ofelio replaced Du Zheng Rong. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
