In the 20th minute Andrzej Zapolski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theo Fil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Xentrias's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Maximiliano Vime was slow to take the kick. During this time DREAM TEAM WORLD's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to DREAM TEAM WORLD getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Betinho de Queirós hit a great ball. Lasse Kogo made in the 26th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by DREAM TEAM WORLD's Armando Nevada. Theo Fil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrzej Zapolski in the 27th minute of the match. Doctor Mugg got in the 38th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Lu Zhen Sheng handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Albert Rudberg made in the 41st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Doctor Mugg. 44 minutes into the match, Xentrias's goal looked a bit too open when Andrzej Zapolski came free, but Theo Fil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lars-Erik Almstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Doctor Mugg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lu Zhen Sheng was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Doctor Mugg put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Lu Zhen Sheng.

DREAM TEAM WORLD were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after Xentrias's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Maximiliano Vime took the corner. The corner led to DREAM TEAM WORLD's Vaggelis Rousses getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Cutberto in the 99th minute of play forced Xentrias's goalkeeper Theo Fil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Xentrias eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
