The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marcus Ekrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urban Wennerquist in the 2nd minute of the match. Pete Luna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Micucci in the 6th minute of play. In the 9th minute Urban Wennerquist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Ekrot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urban Wennerquist in the 10th minute of play forced Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper Marcus Ekrot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose Indalecio charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jose Indalecio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Joga Hem FC made a substitution. Godofredo Inko replaced Egil Nyman. A nice corner shot did that Mehmet Ersman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marcus Ekrot quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 24th minute, Fernan Berart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Urban Wennerquist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcus Ekrot having to make a save. Marcus Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urban Wennerquist, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Marcus Ekrot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urban Wennerquist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute Martin Mutumba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pete Luna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pete Luna didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Martin Mutumba went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Vykans Vikingar's Börje Stål was substituted for Emmanuel Dennis. 77 minutes into the match, Urban Wennerquist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcus Ekrot. Vykans Vikingar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Urban Wennerquist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. 86 minutes into the match, Joga Hem FC's goal looked a bit too open when Börje Stål came free, but Pete Luna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joga Hem FC's Pete Luna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genaro Remicio in the 90th minute of play. After some careless play in the Joga Hem FC defense, Börje Stål kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pete Luna. The Joga Hem FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pete Luna should have stopped the shot. Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Israel Blue in the 94th minute of play. Vykans Vikingar's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
