In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper Long Yuan De, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 41st match minute, Astillero del Guayas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulizes Sola to maneuver through the defense. Long Yuan De came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by NAGANO F.C's Jari Alenius. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mattias Svan was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jari Alenius got free with Long Yuan De in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Long Yuan De managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when NAGANO F.C's Jari Alenius fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 56 minutes into the match, Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper Long Yuan De had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jari Alenius.
