Roneros F.C.'s Ricardo Ceberiche proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Roneros F.C. from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Barcelona de América booed when Roneros F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Gardel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ricardo Ceberiche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Viergol, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After some careless play in the Barcelona de América defense, Alejandro Espina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tenorio Reiriz. The Barcelona de América fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tenorio Reiriz should have stopped the shot. 24 minutes into the game, Alejandro Espina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Tenorio Reiriz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ortiz Apellaniz hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Barcelona de América's Tenorio Reiriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejandro Espina in the 32nd minute of play. Tenorio Reiriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Espina, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Ricardo Ceberiche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Perez in the 36th minute of play. Barcelona de América's Perlaza Lena was substituted for Zumar Gascon. Barcelona de América made a substitution. Eraldo Pittelli replaced Lorenzo Viergol. After 38 minutes Roneros F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Perlaza Lena who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Bradford Scalzo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Roneros F.C.'s Ricardo Ceberiche did a great save. Alejandro Espina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tenorio Reiriz having to make a save. After 44 played minutes Roneros F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Espina. Ricardo Ceberiche came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Barcelona de América's Zayvion Ispuzua. But to his dismay, Zayvion Ispuzua quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3.

The wind increased when Zayvion Ispuzua made the kick off in the second half. Mattias Classon got a throw-in 55 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Alejandro Espina. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zayvion Ispuzua in the 63rd minute of play forced Roneros F.C.'s goalkeeper Ricardo Ceberiche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tenorio Reiriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Espina, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Barcelona de América's goalkeeper Tenorio Reiriz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alejandro Espina. Tenorio Reiriz was a little too slow when Witomir Jestrimski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 1-4. Tenorio Reiriz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witomir Jestrimski in the 80th minute of the match. If Witomir Jestrimski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 91st match minute, Roneros F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattias Classon to maneuver through the defense. Witomir Jestrimski did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-5 to the left of a surprised Tenorio Reiriz 95 minutes into the match.
