Arias Baltanas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Jacinto Nicholas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Olds School Pepo's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 38 minutes into the match, TIBURON F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Mendebal came free, but Emanuel Ceandro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, José Serrizuela had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emanuel Ceandro. TIBURON F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that José Serrizuela was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.
