Denis Urtats made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Luis Henrico sent off a good shot on target. Nouvelle Vague's Inocencio Felipo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qiu Yuan Jun in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute of the match Knight Of Dawn got a corner. Nouvelle Vague's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Celedonio Fonda ran over to the corner to take the kick. Inocencio Felipo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Qiu Yuan Jun in the 13th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Qiu Yuan Jun in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Inocencio Felipo saved Nouvelle Vague from getting behind. If Qiu Yuan Jun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qiu Yuan Jun in the 15th minute of play forced Nouvelle Vague's goalkeeper Inocencio Felipo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inocencio Felipo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Qiu Yuan Jun, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Delmiro Emeterio made in the 20th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Luis Henrico however managed to control. In the 23rd minute, Knight Of Dawn's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Luis Henrico fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Luis Henrico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 35th minute, Luis Henrico reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Denis Urtats. The goal made the score 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qiu Yuan Jun in the 39th minute of play forced Nouvelle Vague's goalkeeper Inocencio Felipo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Nouvelle Vague getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Cayetano Cordaro hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Nouvelle Vague's zone, Qiu Yuan Jun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inocencio Felipo came out of the goal and Qiu Yuan Jun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Qiu Yuan Jun was the one to do the kick off. In the 87th minute Casimiro Ugutz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Urtats saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Porfírio Quirino during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 93 minutes of play, Nouvelle Vague's Casimiro Ugutz made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Denis Urtats was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nouvelle Vague were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
