In the 4thth minute of the game Luis Henrico who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MDQ Raptors FC's Cosme Francesco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nouvelle Vague's Luis Henrico managed to work through MDQ Raptors FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Luis Henrico dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Luis Henrico took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Cosme Francesco to make any attempt to save it. Nouvelle Vague's attentive Folke Billberg managed to snatch the ball when Ernesto Elodio made a throw-in in the 14th minute of the game. Inocencio Felipo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermengildo Ursino in the 19th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the game, Nouvelle Vague's Luis Henrico nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cosme Francesco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 24thth minute of the game Luis Henrico who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MDQ Raptors FC's Cosme Francesco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 26th match minute, Nouvelle Vague was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cibran Piedra to maneuver through the defense. Luis Henrico's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cosme Francesco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. MDQ Raptors FC's Abelardo Rocendo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Nouvelle Vague. Inocencio Felipo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermengildo Ursino, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luis Henrico was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Hugo Villaverde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luis Henrico struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Cosme Francesco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nouvelle Vague. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Casimiro Ugutz in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cosme Francesco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Casimiro Ugutz sped through MDQ Raptors FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cosme Francesco. In the 67th match minute, Nouvelle Vague was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Dracena to maneuver through the defense. Nouvelle Vague made a substitution. Karl Waller replaced Anselmo Dracena. Anselmo Dracena hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. MDQ Raptors FC's Cosme Francesco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Ugutz in the 73rd minute of play. Inocencio Felipo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Adrio in the 77th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hermengildo Ursino in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Inocencio Felipo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In a very dangerous position, a player in MDQ Raptors FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 81st minute. Penalty! Cosme Francesco had in the 82ndth minute some difficulties stopping Zhao Qian Kuan's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hermengildo Ursino got free with Inocencio Felipo in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Casimiro Ugutz in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cosme Francesco saved MDQ Raptors FC from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Hermengildo Ursino put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Inocencio Felipo. 89 minutes into the match, MDQ Raptors FC's goal looked a bit too open when Casimiro Ugutz came free, but Cosme Francesco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Nouvelle Vague's Casimiro Ugutz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cosme Francesco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 92nd minute of the match Nouvelle Vague got a corner. MDQ Raptors FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zhao Qian Kuan ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 94thth minute of the game Casimiro Ugutz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MDQ Raptors FC's Cosme Francesco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nouvelle Vague's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
