The supporters of FK Željezničar booed when Gondor FC™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Talib Temelj didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ibrahim Veizović hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute of the match Nedžo Jevtić sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Grigoris Koufakis skillfully saved the ball. FK Željezničar's Grigoris Koufakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Algitas Jokubaitis in the 15th minute of play. Grigoris Koufakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Algitas Jokubaitis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the match, Gondor FC™'s goal looked a bit too open when Adi Jusufović came free, but Muamer Fahrić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grigoris Koufakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Algitas Jokubaitis in the 22nd minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Adi Jusufović had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Muamer Fahrić. Gondor FC™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adi Jusufović was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Talib Temelj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gondor FC™'s Zhang Bin Hai was substituted for Talib Temelj.

The wind increased when Nelson Mandela made the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes FK Željezničar got a freekick which was hit by Šemsudin Kamber. Algitas Jokubaitis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Grigoris Koufakis came out and tried to block the shot, but Algitas Jokubaitis slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 56th minute. Gondor FC™'s Adalberto Ecija was substituted for Algitas Jokubaitis. Gondor FC™ made a substitution. Mario Alberto Yepes replaced Thomas Rogne. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Adi Jusufović managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Željezničar's supporters rose to their feet, but Adi Jusufović was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Muamer Fahrić breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Muamer Fahrić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nelson Mandela in the 75th minute of play. Grigoris Koufakis was a little too slow when Adalberto Ecija got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in FK Željezničar's zone, Adalberto Ecija stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Grigoris Koufakis came out of the goal and Adalberto Ecija tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th match minute, Gondor FC™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aca Gvozdić to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Grigoris Koufakis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 91st match minute, FK Željezničar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nikola Bogdanović to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes into the match, Adalberto Ecija dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Grigoris Koufakis, 1-3.
