An unexpectedly hard shot by Adi Jusufović in the 12th minute of play forced Фк РАДНИК Колонија's goalkeeper Lazar Milosavljević to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Grigoris Koufakis came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Фк РАДНИК Колонија's Perica Masanović. But to his dismay, Perica Masanović quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 30th minute Perica Masanović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grigoris Koufakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Nelson Mandela cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Lazar Milosavljević was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of FK Željezničar booed when Фк РАДНИК Колонија was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Perica Masanović didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lazar Miodragović was slow to take the kick. During this time Фк РАДНИК Колонија's players had a chance to rest. Фк РАДНИК Колонија's Guillermo Galindo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Grigoris Koufakis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Srećko Milosavljević to make the kick off. Фк РАДНИК Колонија's Ivica Jovasević got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Фк РАДНИК Колонија's Perica Masanović got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 79th minute, Nikola Bogdanović got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92ndth minute of the game Perica Masanović who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FK Željezničar's Grigoris Koufakis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 94 played minutes FK Željezničar got a freekick which was hit by Nikola Bogdanović. For all the effort they put into the match, the Фк РАДНИК Колонија players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FK Željezničar.
